The perfect opportunity to gain communications experience: HYC Comms Seat Applications Open

The Howick Youth Council is looking to recruit members for our communications team of 2021! Applications open now!

Are you interested in videography, photography, graphic design, social media or public relations? The Howick Youth Council comms team is offering an opportunity to gain experience in working with media, promotional work and communications across multiple projects and events for HYC.

Our job as the comms team is to make the youth council look the best it can be from an outsiders' point of view.

There are a wide range of tasks that you might have to do in the role, including social media, design work, writing, photography and videography. A lot of this includes figuring out how to improve the outreach of the youth council, to improve the reach of our projects.

If you are looking to add to your portfolio, develop real transferable skills, and be a part of the vibrant youth council, then consider applying to be a member of the 2021 Howick Youth Council Communications Team.
